Lisa Drew has been in publishing for 37 years. She began her career at Doubleday in l96l as a secretary and rose through the ranks to become executive editor and co-editorial director of the General Books Group. In l984, she was named vice president and senior editor of William Morrow and Company, where she remained for eight years before launching her own imprint at Scribner in January l993. Lisa Drew Books publishes a list comprising primarily non-fiction titles, many related to politics and the arts.
